Greetings from Pete Adkins

Hello everyone, and thanks Ben for stetting this site up. I hope we can all use it for news, prayer points, ideas, good web sites to visit, and whatever else you think might stimulate our thinking, our mission, our compassion , our understanding of the life God calls us to as missional disciples of Jesus.
During July we will be having a discussion about what it means to worship together as a local mission base, thinking biblically, creatively, missionally about what that might mean for us.
In August we will be doing some learning/discussing about who God has made us to be and do through the SHAPE paradigm (Spiritual gifts, Heart longings, Abilites, Personality and Experience) so we might find that sweet spot in which who we are and the things we seek to do in serving God match and give us maximum fruitfulness and energy.
I am continuing to meditate on Is 58 as I consider the mission God has called us to, and invite you to join me.
